Since day one, Trinnovo Group have endeavored to reshape recruitment for the better. For the last 14 years, we’ve adapted to meet the evolving workforce needs of businesses across the globe, and in that time, we’ve had the privilege of working with some truly exceptional people.
Our journey, from achieving B Corp accreditation to earning Investors in People Platinum status, started with community enablement. We wanted to change recruitment’s reputation, to raise the standard of service, and focus on creating a lasting, positive impact on the customers and candidates we support.

In 2017, we launched our Women in DevOps community in the US, marking the beginning of our expansion across North America. Building on the momentum from this initiative, we took the next step in our growth by opening an office in Boston in 2021.
