I'm the Group Director of HR and People Operations at Trinnovo Group 😊

I have always had a passion for people, mental health and wellbeing. After graduating with a degree in Psychology, I started my career in the public sector supporting vulnerable children, adults and families from disadvantaged backgrounds. I fell into and in love with HR & Operations in 2017 when I joined a recruitment business as Operations Manager. Not long after joining I completed a CIPD level 5 diploma in HR Management and went on to lead the Group's HR and Operations division. Since my change in career I have worked for global, multi-brand recruitment businesses, developing people and operations strategies and delivering solutions across the UK, Europe and the US.

At Trinnovo I am responsible for maintaining and developing our world-class, people first culture. This enables inclusive, high performance by enabling our people to flourish and achieve their full potential. I have a passion for all things HR, and the ability to have a real impact on the direction and development of Human Resources within a company. I am a trusted safe pair of hands on all employee related matters, and I am someone who can spearhead the continuous improvement of people-policies, procedures and operations.

As part of my current role I am responsible for coming up with effective HR business solutions and strategies that are in alignment with Trinnovo's purpose of building and supporting diverse teams which represent the world we live in, I am proud to see every day that living by our values really does drive us toward achieving this. I thrive on the coaching element of HR giving advice on complex HR matters and on delivering performance through people and supporting them through the process.

To further develop myself in all things people I am currently studying for a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Strategic People Management.
