J​ames is the Group CEO and a Co-founder at Trinnovo Group. Prior to this he had a successful career at Hobson Prior part of ICS, a leading pharmaceutical staffing business, setting the record for highest yearly perm billings in Independent Clinical Services history, launching a new office and scaling out a global recruitment team covering the US, UK & DACH.

James co-founded BioTalent in 2018 enjoying three years of hyper growth before stepping up into a group role as CEO in 2021 where he now leads the board and strategic growth plan for the group.
