​During a 14 year tenure as CEO of healthcare and life sciences staffing and services company Independent Clinical Services (now Acacium Group), Richard worked with top tier private equity partners including Hg Capital, Bridgepoint, Blackstone and TowerBrook Capital Partners. He led the growth and development of the Company through a period of diversification into new technology enabled services as well as completing multiple acquisitions and driving the international expansion of the business.

Richard started working with the Trinnovo Group in October 2021 as an independent Advisor/Chairperson.
