​Our Broadgate brand is on the lookout for an experienced recruiter for the lucrative European Financial Services market, specialising in recruitment for Finance, Risk & Compliance.

Salaries and fees are much high in Europe, with lower competition, this is an excellent market to be a part of. Broadgate recruit for regulated, tech-enabled businesses, representing candidates across the UK, the US, Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Our specialist consultants focus on mid to senior and board-level appointments in Finance, Accounting & Audit, Risk, Legal & CoSec, Compliance, Fund Accounting & Operations, and Financial Crime & Fraud in both a permanent and interim capacity.

  • We can offer you up to 50% commissions, no threshold, and future Long Term Investment plan (LTIPs.)
