​​Trust in Soda are an award-winning next-generation digital recruitment agency with an international reach and offices across London, Manchester, Dublin, LA and Zug. We work with world-renowned technology brands and place candidates with experience in Design, Product and Cloud to Software Engineering, Data and Development on a contract and permanent basis.

As part of Trinnovo Group, we like to work differently to the old school traditional recruitment methods and for us it's all about quality over quantity. You won't be expected to hit unrealistic KPI's or spend 12 hours on the phone each day but instead we build long lasting relationships with our clients and candidates through our networking events and webinars and being genuinely passionate about what we do.

Purpose comes first for us and our CSR and DE&I initiatives are directly aligned to extend beyond our company and enhance society to make a difference on the issues that matter to us most; Ex-Military, Mental Health, Ethnicity, DE&I and LGBTQ+. Having grown from 80 – 200 people in the last 12 months we now plan to grow to 450 people by the end of 2026 and we’re looking for motivated people to join our offices in London, Dublin and Manchester as trainees to support this growth.

​Right now we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team within Trust In Soda. With strong leaders, these divisions are set to have exciting growth over the coming months. The team focus on some great sectors with lots of opportunity: Fast growth businesses working with all industries! This person does not need to come from a solid tech background, we are open but what we do need is someone who is driven, enthusiastic and wants to work hard.

Joining the team at this stage means that you can carve out a career and whatever level you are, there is opportunity to progress into management or take advantage of our existing accounts through a pure 360 role. If managing is something that really appeals to you this is something we can offer you short or long term (depending on experience) If managing is not what you want we can also offer you the full 360 route or account management/candidate engagement route.
