Our SODA Squad operate in the UK (London & Manchester), Ireland (Dublin), Switzerland (Zug), USA (Boston & Los Angeles) to deliver a solution-focused, bespoke, personal service to employers and candidates across embedded, outsourced and retained hiring solutions.

We have our own community - SODA Social, where we host regular events, podcasts, webinars and publish blogs, articles and white papers, in collaboration with industry game-changers and thought leaders. We are looking for a Business Leader to come in and head up our Contract division. This role is a mixture of Business Development, and Team Management. You would be coming and given 5 direct reports from day one therefore we are looking for someone who is or has previously managed (big or small team). We are looking for somebody who has the desire to win new business and grow sodas’ client book. We can offer the opportunity to join our leadership L&D program to support your continued development and a career pathway with the scope of moving into a Director role.
