Our SODA Squad operate in the UK (London & Manchester), Ireland (Dublin), Switzerland (Zug), USA (Boston & Los Angeles) to deliver a solution-focused, bespoke, personal service to employers and candidates across embedded, outsourced and retained hiring solutions.
Due to an internal move and growth, we are looking for a new leader. A leader that enjoys the challenge of leading from the front whilst getting the best out of everyone around them. A leader passionate about Tech Recruitment (Software Engineering, DevOps, Product, Design) would class themselves as a Subject Matter Expert. This leader will come in and take over a team of 6 from day one. German/EU experience is great but we are also open to this person having experience in the UK region.

Career pathway - scope of moving into a Director role
You will have 100% remit over all Software Engineering in Germany but depending on the candidate it could also be a bigger role that could such as leading all of Germany or Lead Software Engineering in the UK and Germany.
