Magali is an Engineering Manager at Southern Nuclear Company Plant Vogtle 3&4. She graduated from Michigan Technological University with an Electrical Engineering degree.
Magali has been leading Plant Vogtle 3&4 in the DE&I area since 2017. She is passionate about helping people leaders understand how important DE&I is to achieve company goals and be relevant in the 21st century. At the core DE&I is about people, leaders are in the people business, therefore DE&I is about leadership.
