​David is the Co-Founder of Trinnovo Group, along with Ashley Lawrence. David started the business in 2013 with a vision to create an environment where no one ever wants to leave because they are inspired, engaged, rewarded, properly trained, and happy. David is passionate about providing a personalised service to customers and staff, and has led the company to receive multiple awards. He currently heads up the internal talent acquisition function here at Trinnovo Group.
