Researcher / Search Consultant – Financial & Professional Services
Remote (South Africa)
Salary: ZAR 25,000 – 32,000 Commission
Broadgate (part of Trinnovo Group) is hiring an experienced Researcher / Search Consultant to support high-volume delivery across Financial and Professional Services.
This role is focused on sourcing and engaging talent across Corporate Finance, Audit, Tax, Risk and Advisory functions, working on high-priority mandates in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
This opportunity is suited to delivery-focused recruiters who are comfortable working to clear activity targets, managing large pipelines, and operating in high-volume recruitment or search environments.
What you’ll do:
• Source and headhunt professionals across finance, audit, tax and advisory markets
• Build and maintain high-volume candidate pipelines
• Conduct screening and qualification calls
• Produce accurate reporting and pipeline updates
• Support end-to-end delivery alongside senior consultants
• Consistently work to defined KPIs and productivity metrics
What we’re looking for:
• Proven recruitment experience in Financial Services or Professional Services
• Background in delivery, search, resourcing or research roles
• Experience working in high-volume, KPI-led environments
• Strong sourcing and market mapping skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with professional candidate management skills
