Our SODA squad operates in the UK (London), Ireland (Dublin), Switzerland (Zug), USA (Boston) to deliver a solution-focused, bespoke, personal service to employers and candidates across embedded, outsourced and retained hiring solutions.
We have our own community - SODA Social, where we host regular events, podcasts, and webinars and publish blogs, articles and white papers, in collaboration with industry game-changers and thought leaders. We partner with academic partners, such as the Code Institute, and community partners, such as Coding Black Females and Black Girls in Tech. We also deliver events and thought leadership through our Group communities: Women in DevOps, Race in STEM, Pride in Tech and Ex-military Careers.
We are currently seeking an experienced contract recruiter to join us in a critical position that will support the growth of our key accounts. This role will be split 40% UK and 60% EU within the tech market. As part of the role, you will collaborate closely with our high-growth clients, delivering CVs for various functions, while also generating new leads for our client engagement colleagues to pursue. We have GmbH, SECO License to place contractors, and W2 License to do Germany, Switzerland, and the USA.
