BioTalent are the life science specialist brand of the Trinnovo Group. In just over 3 years we have grown to 60 heads across the UK, EU and US, and we are hiring again for experienced Recruitment Consultants at all levels!
You don't have to have experience in life sciences - we are looking for recruiters with 1-5 years experience in candidate short markets who are hard working, ambitious and driven individuals that share our core values around Passion, Collaboration and Innovation. We have spaces for people to work in the Engineering, Commercial, Medical, R&D, Clinical and Quality markets in the UK, Ireland and Europe.

This person will come in and join an ever-growing desk, focused on clinical operations for Pharma, Biotech and CRO. The clinical space is one of our most successful desks and there is an opportunity for you to come in and make a quick impact with the opportunity to make very good money.
There are two career paths options for this individual, due to the high volume of jobs we can offer this person an opportunity to come as a Delivery Consultant or if you prefer winning new business we can offer you the opportunity to come and do the full 360 cycle!
What we need you to do as a Recruiter:
Use an array of sales, business development, marketing techniques, company meet ups and networking events to engage with our clients and candidates
Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs; their industry, what they do, their work culture, to become a market leading industry specialist
Research and attend training to become an expert in a specific market in life sciences
Be innovative on social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
Utilise our bespoke candidate databases to find and engage with exclusive talent
Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
Interview and qualify individuals to ensure they meet the job requirements
Negotiate T&Cs, salary and consulting rates
Build your own mini business and lead business development activity
