Job description

​After acquiring our Contract SECO license, on top of our existing Perm SECO license, our SODA brand is on the lookout for an experienced permanent consultant with a focus on the Swiss market. This isn't your average replacement gig—it's all about driving growth of the Swiss build out and has a career pathway to leadership and directorship if that excites you.

Our SODA squad operates in the UK (London), Ireland (Dublin), Switzerland (Zug), USA (Boston) to deliver a solution-focused, bespoke, personal service to employers and candidates across embedded, outsourced and retained hiring solutions.

Here's an overview:

  • We have a Swiss GmbH, Perm & Contract SECO License. Allowing us to work and hire Perm, Contract and SOW in Switzerland.
