Dean is Chief People Officer at Avado, with 16 years' experience across the HR spectrum and in multiple industries, including FMCG, Health Insurance, Retail, Fashion and Technology-enabled Education. He also has global people management and HR experience. Dean is a qualified Executive Coach, a coaching psychologist, positive psychology practitioner and member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Over the last two years, he has supported the growth of the mentoring and coaching practice in organisations, most recently sharing his ideas on both practices with Avado's clients' employees.
