As Chief Product Officer, James leads product strategy, delivery and data at Equals Group. James is passionate about payments and complex supply chains after starting his career in FMCG at both Procter & Gamble and a large drinks manufacturer.
Michael is Peazi's Marketing Manager and oversees all the strategic marketing growth for the business. He has worked for companies such as Loading.Bar, Trafford Housing Trust, Monzo, The Raspberry Pi Foundation, and more. He has a keen interest in perspective engineering and startup growth.
Frankie is CEO & co-founder of FoodSquared, which is creating the UK's first plant-based range of shellfish starting with prawns. Previously she spent 7 years building and scaling a multi-award-winning all-natural condiment brand (The Foraging Fox) from a kitchen table start-up to major UK and US listings.
