World Suicide Prevention Day

Between the years 2017 and 2019; there has been a rise in suicide deaths by 25%, men usually account for three in every four deaths (Published by the Office for National Statistics, 2020). These trying times have left us feeling uncertain, perhaps anxious or even afraid, and it’s now more important than ever, to talk. Little things like hearing from friends, family, or colleagues can make a big difference. You are not alone – where there is help, there is hope.

If you or someone you know is struggling with their mental health, get in touch with the Samaritans at 116 123.
