​In our first episode, we will travel from London to Los Angeles, to meet with Lauren Langdell, known by many across the group as Langers. Langers started with Trust in SODA in 2016 and is a genuine example of someone who lives and breathes our core values of Passion, Innovation & Collaboration. In her 5 and a half years with the business she has consistently been one of the top performers across the group, has founded our industry-leading DEI platform Women in DevOps and established our West Coast presence. She’s now Group Director for the West Coast responsible for driving our growth in the region. In this podcast, we found out more about Lauren's move across the pond, what some of the secrets are behind her success and how, despite walking away from such a high-performing desk, the move was exactly the right decision.
