We’re proud to share that Trinnovo Group has topped Recruiter’s latest FAST 50 list, taking the number one spot as the UK’s fastest-growing recruitment agency.
As per their CAGR report, Trinnovo Group recorded a compound annual growth rate of 149.1%, outpacing the industry average of 41%.
Trinnovo Group joins Select Offshore as one of only two firms to achieve a CAGR in excess of 100%.
This recognition comes at a time when the staffing industry has faced its most challenging period in recent memory: market divergence, contracting demand, shrinking budgets and fast-changing trade dynamics.
It’s within this context that Recruiter’s FAST 50 list provides a clear, data-driven picture of which firms have managed to deliver sustained growth.
Introducing Recruiter’s Fast 50 List
The FAST 50, compiled annually by Recruiter in partnership with Clearwater International, ranks the UK’s fastest-growing recruitment firms based on compound annual growth rate over the most recent three-year period.
Unlike awards based on submissions or nominations, the list is data-led, drawing on audited financials to identify firms that have demonstrated growth at scale.
To make the list, companies need to be UK-registered, privately owned, and independent, though offshore holding companies are allowed.
Private equity–backed firms can also qualify, as long as they’ve generated at least £5m in sales in each of the past three years.
What’s Driven Our Growth
'Trinnovo Group has pivoted exceptionally well to respond to the challenges of a suppressed market with decisive action on a strategic level.' - Investors in People
A contracting market offered us the chance to zoom out and reflect critically on the direction of our business.
Trinnovo Group has continued to thrive through one of the toughest markets in recent memory by focusing on a strategic realignment with a laser focus on customers, clarity, and collaboration.
This has included the expansion of our presence in Switzerland and Germany, supported by the acquisition of our SECO and AUG licenses, enabling us to provide dependable, compliant cross-border labour leasing services for our international clients.
At the same time, we reshaped our portfolio. The divestiture of BioTalent and the subsequent launch of DeepRec.ai in its place sharpened our focus on frontier technologies and strengthened the synergy between our brands.
Alongside this, we evolved our services to give clients more choice in how they solve critical hiring and delivery challenges.
That’s meant reframing and enhancing our capability to provide comprehensive workforce solutions, from statement of work and deliverables-based services through the expansion of our consulting division, to strengthening our embedded and executive hiring models.
By broadening the ways clients can engage with us, we’ve built a more adaptable model that meets immediate needs (flexible resource allocation, complex project delivery, specialist knowledge) while supporting long-term outcomes.
Together with the extended breadth of our services, our businesses now operate more closely at the intersection of technology, regulation, and advanced technology, areas where our clients need the deepest expertise.
Underpinning everything is our commitment to culture, a constant edge that has defined Trinnovo Group’s inclusive, high-performance philosophy since our inception.
Earlier this year, that commitment was reaffirmed when we successfully retained our Investors in People Platinum accreditation following a rigorous review, a standard achieved by fewer than 2% of organisations worldwide.
Ashley Lawrence, Founder and CEO of Trinnovo Group, said:
‘Topping the Fast 50 is a proud moment for Trinnovo Group, a testament to the resilience and adaptability of our people during a period of unprecedented transformation, not just for our business, but for the markets we support. Our growth has been driven by clarity of purpose, a commitment to inclusion, and a culture of collaboration that enables people to perform at their best. The opportunity now is to build on this momentum as we play our part in driving progress across the critical industries we serve.’
