Following significant business growth and acquisition activity, AAB partnered with Trinnovo Group to build an embedded recruitment solution supporting hiring across multiple disciplines.
The Challenge
AAB’s continued growth and acquisition strategy created sustained hiring demand across multiple business functions. While an internal recruitment team was in place, managing multiple agency relationships was increasing costs, reducing efficiency and creating an inconsistent candidate experience.

The Results
To date, the partnership has delivered 36 hires and is on track to save AAB more than £1 million in recruitment fees.
AAB gained embedded workforce augmentation across multiple disciplines, giving its internal team greater reach, pace and specialist coverage without adding operational complexity. The model flexed with changing demand while keeping hiring quality and candidate experience consistent.
