An award-winning entrepreneur in the field of staffing, Ashley has co-founded each of the Trinnovo Group's award-winning brands. As the founder of Trinnovo Group, Ashley brought together each brand (Trust in SODA, Broadgate, DeepRec.ai) to drive customer synergies and shared service for internationalisation, compliance, and customer experience.
In 2018, Ashley graduated from Cass Business School with an executive MBA, having focused on organisational behaviour, strategy, corporate finance, and digital transformation.
In 2021, Ashley was awarded the TIARA Recruitment Industry Leader of the Year.
