What you’ll do:Learn and deliver the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development to deal closeBuild relationships with clients and candidates across the UK, Europe and international tech marketsSource and headhunt talent in highly competitive technology sectorsManage job adverts, candidate pipelines, and recruitment processesDevelop market knowledge, sales skills, and commercial confidence through structured academy training and ongoing mentorshipWhat we’re looking for:We’re hiring potential, not CVs.
