If you're a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer, Executive Search Researcher or 360 Recruiter with a background recruiting into Professional Services or Corporate Finance, and you're looking to move away from business development and focus on candidate delivery, this could be the perfect next step.
Broadgate Search, part of Trinnovo Group, is looking for a Delivery Consultant to support one of our flagship Professional Services clients. Working as an extension of their internal Talent team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging passive candidates across Tax, Audit and Corporate Finance.
What you'll be doing
- Headhunting and engaging passive professionals across Tax, Audit and Corporate Finance.
- Building talent pipelines and carrying out detailed market mapping.
- Managing candidates through the full recruitment process.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
- Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to a growing Professional Services business.
What we're looking for
- Previous agency recruitment experience is essential.
- Experience as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer, Executive Search Researcher or 360 Recruiter.
- Essential: proven experience recruiting into Professional Services, Corporate Finance, Accountancy, Tax or Audit — candidates without this background will not be considered.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools.
