No recruitment experience is required. This is a genuine trainee opportunity with structured training, ongoing coaching and mentorship from day one.
During our 8-week Trainee Recruitment Academy, you'll learn how to source and headhunt specialist talent, build relationships with candidates and clients, develop new business opportunities, manage recruitment processes from brief to placement, negotiate offers and become a trusted recruitment consultant within the AI market.
We're looking for ambitious individuals who can demonstrate achievement academically, professionally, through sport or other competitive environments. You'll ideally have a 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent), excellent communication skills, resilience, a competitive mindset and a genuine interest in technology, AI and building a long-term career in sales.
In return, you'll receive a starting salary of £25,000-£28,000, uncapped commission paying up to 50%, a structured Academy, continuous coaching, clear progression, industry-leading technology and AI tools, private healthcare, a birthday day off, quarterly Lunch Club incentives, annual incentive trips and company events.

This role is based in our Bishop's Stortford office, and you'll work on-site five days per week throughout the Academy to maximise your learning and development.
