Centrus were in the market to hire a solution-oriented Head of Compliance with strong experience and credibility (particularly regarding the FCA), with a focus on acquiring regulatory sign-off. Given Broadgate’s experience and credentials, Centrus had no concerns with the team’s search capabilities. To help improve confidence in the candidate, Broadgate lent on the consultancy services of its senior advisor and C-suite trainer, Adrian McCarthy, identifying and securing the Head of Compliance role inside the agreed time frame.

EY, one of the world’s leading professional services firms, engaged Trinnovo Group's dedicated Deep Tech recruitment brand, DeepRec.ai, to support the strategic hiring of specialised talent within the field of Natural Language Processing. The focus was on securing senior-level NLP talent capable of driving innovation in a fast-moving technical landscape. DeepRec.ai’s NLP specialists leveraged a global Deep Tech network to deliver a precise and effective search, identifying and submitting seven relevant candidates for the first two roles released to us. EY then retained the team for an additional hire, a third senior-level appointment. All three roles were successfully filled: One Partner, One Director, and One Manager, including one hire from an underrepresented background.
Frog’s core focus is investing in European purpose-led Software Scale-Ups and providing them with world-class guidance to support them scale their business quickly and sustainably, and retain their focus on purpose. Frog engaged the team at Trinnovo Consulting to help embed DEI principles across the business. A key focus was imparting Environmental, Social, and Governance knowledge to ensure a broader and more meaningful integration of these principles. We developed tailored learning sessions, including initiatives covering bias training and intersectionality, to bring the concepts of DEI to life. The project resulted in a more equitable distribution of responsibilities, a heightened sense of accountability, and enhanced confidence in embedding DEI principles within investment and portfolio management processes, aligning with long-term ESG goals.
HelloFresh, a global meal kit provider, sought to diversify its growing tech workforce. Their existing recruitment partner struggled with inclusive hiring, so HelloFresh partnered with Trust in SODA (part of Trinnovo Group). SODA conducted market mapping and implemented a bias-free, equitable search process. This included DEIB training for hiring managers, unconscious bias consultation, a review of HelloFresh's employer value proposition, an audit of benefits and policies, and employee consultations to understand their needs. SODA also implemented a plan for pay parity and equitable progression.
ng-voice, a telecom innovator, relies on a versatile workforce to deliver its cloud-native services. Facing time constraints for critical hires, they partnered with Trust in SODA (part of Trinnovo Group), drawn to their DEIB focus. SODA embedded consultants onsite for six months, boosting brand awareness, providing interview training, and establishing open feedback channels. Utilizing their Women in DevOps network and a streamlined two-week interview process, SODA reduced time-to-fill and increased offer acceptance rates. The partnership resulted in 24 key placements across various tech roles and talent acquisition.
Facing a growth surge, FinTech leader Tide needed to rapidly scale its compliance function to maintain regulatory compliance and its FCA license.
